“ Amazing Amazing food! We arrived late after sunset so we missed out on the view but the restaurant accommodated 11 of us walking in. The music was great and the entertainment was unexpected as a woman was fire dancing and going around to each table involving restaurant patrons in her act.... very cool great for keep kids entertained. Best ceaser salad with chicken, Amazing chicken pesto pasta... maybe I was hungry but this meal caused me to have a visceral response with each bite. ”

“ El Pelícano Restaurante is a charming little spot just a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute walk up the beach from Los Sueños Resort. It’s right by the beach with a few other restaurants and shops nearby, making it a great spot to visit. They had live music when we were there—fun to listen to and not too loud—and they were very accommodating as our group kept growing. The food was fantastic. They served some of the freshest ceviche I’ve had, and while everyone in our group ordered something different, no one had a single complaint during the meal or after (if you know what I mean). They clearly take care to keep everything fresh, safe, and clean. I also liked how they displayed the seafood, so you know you’re getting quality. The outdoor seating area was beautiful, especially as the sun was setting, and the prices were surprisingly great. From the burger to the seafood risotto, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. ”

“ Seafood restaurant on the beach. Very nice location. A little pricey but I got Lobster expected that. Good seafood Beware you will be charged for the bottled water if you agree to one. They do have water in pitcher no charge I still very much enjoyed it ”

“ A Herradura beach classic. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is the perfect tropical beachside joint. The cerveche is awesome, fish tacos excellent, and the mariscos soup is delicious! Service is always with a smile. And the swing seats with a front row to the bay makes it all the better. ”

“ The best on the street in herradura. Ask about the market fresh fish ahead of time to see what you’ll be having. Food was good, service excellent. Road is right there and vehicle exhaust is prevalent throughout the open air dining area, especially seats with best view of playa de herradura. ”

“ Don't sleep on the ceviche!! Right on the beach, some of the freshest seafood I've had, fantastic service all around an amazing experience!! The servers even helped us get back to our accommodations since uber took too long! ”

“ Great place for seafood on the beach! The lobster tacos were insanely big, and bit difficult to eat. The sea bass special was very tasty and the teriyaki tuna with sesame was huge and delicious. The tuna and the tacos are so big they could definitely be shared! Kid friendly but a bit expensive. Gravel and sand under tables, not good for wheelchairs on the beach or those with walking issues. Service was prompt and friendly. I took a star off because everything was a bit greasy/oily for me - even the veggies ”
